Administer Portfolio Images MOD009CUK New from DB 39.5.10

Access path

Information

  • In this module, images for portfolios can be
    • created
    • defined as default
  • You can assign them to a portfolio via the Portfolio Core Data of the Select Portfolio Image module.

Procedure

From DB 39.5.11

  • Click on the Add image button in the header area of the module.
  • Select the required file.
    • As a result, an image record is created automatically.
  • Enter the name for the new image in the Name field.
  • If the image is to be used for newly created portfolios by default, activate the Default image checkbox.

Up to DB 39.5.11

  • Enter the name for the new image in the Name field.
  • Right-click on the Image field and select the Insert command from the context menu.
    • Insert the required file as a hyperlink.
  • If the image is to be used for newly created portfolios by default, activate the Default image checkbox.

    • The following specifications must be complied with:

    • File format: JPG
    • Maximum file size: 1MB
    • Image size: 300x300px
      • Images with image sizes that exceed 300x300px are scaled and possibly displayed distorted.
